What we're looking for
Freshflow is building the supply chain technology of the future — to reduce global food waste. Roughly 31% of global greenhouse gas emissions are caused by food production. Fresh produce is grown using significant energy and water — and still ends up in the trash because supermarkets misforecast demand. We solve this with AI-powered inventory optimization built specifically for fresh. We've raised €8M+, operate in Germany and France, and work with a team of smart, driven people who want to grow fast and take ownership. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will identify and qualify prospects in grocery retail and build a strong outbound pipeline. You'll work closely with our Account Executives, ensuring high-quality handoffs and an efficient process from first touch to qualified opportunity.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify leads in grocery retail (store managers, owners, decision-makers).
- Build and manage an active outbound pipeline via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Own social selling campaigns on LinkedIn and other channels.
- Hand off qualified leads to Account Executives and actively support the process.
- Bring market feedback back to the team: what you're hearing, what's working, what's not.
Skills and Qualifications
You don't need to meet every requirement — we're looking for motivated people who want to learn.
- 1–2 years experience in B2B sales or an SDR role.
- Hungry to win and grow.
- Highly coachable: you turn feedback into progress.
- Strong self-motivation and initiative; no micromanagement needed.
- Clear, direct communication.
- Team player who collaborates closely with Account Executives.
- Grocery/retail experience is a plus, not a must.
- Fluent German; English is a plus.
